I am fucking loving life at the moment. I’m back in the groove. I’m 33 and definitely feel like I’m hitting my prime. I’m in the best shape of my life and just about to quit my job to take around year off to just do what I want to do. I am sitting in the south of Spain with a tea.
I’ve also noticed at my age that a lot of women are subtly looking to see if I’m willing to settle down with them and have kids. It’s got to the point where I know I’ve got 4 girls who would jump at the chance to lock me down. It won’t happen for various reasons and I keep laughing it off. Anyway…
I went on a date last night with a Ukrainian bird, she was very interesting and intelligent. It was her first date in a couple of years which surprised me given how good looking she was but everyone has their own thing going on. I’ve noticed lots of women are like that these days, they’ve just given up on dating guys and don’t really care. Then someone like me pops up and the streak is broken.
Datewise, we actually did everything I wouldn’t usually do or recommend on a date. I firstly picked her up in my car because she was out for dinner with her friends and then we went for a walk by the beach. I don’t usually like those dates because I do way better sitting opposite a girl and just chatting to her that way. Anyway, it didn’t seem to matter and she fancied me for sure but of course being Ukrainian, she didn’t kiss on the first date but there was lots of hand touching, which is a covert sign of intimacy.
The Russian and Ukrainian girls are very similar in that way. From my albeit, limited sample size the dates go roughly the same way. A very formal greeting, not a lot of feedback early on but then they warm up and become normal women. But they won’t kiss you, it’s just not in their culture. I’ve had one except over the years which was a Russian girl called Polina who turned up to our first date in a green dress and only a green dress, which I worked out later when I was taking it off in my hotel and she had no underwear on. Other than that, the girls are pretty consistent with not kissing you and wanting a real “gentleman”. Basically they want a chode who is going to open the door for her and all that, these girls know they want to fuck you but will absolutely make you feel like you have to work for it in terms of your time and effort.
I often wonder what’s happening in their home country because the traditional view of the old Soviet block is tough men but from what I can tell, it’s very traditional and they must have a softer side from the way the women are acting. Anyway at the end of this date, there was no kiss of course but she’s definitely interest, she’s leaving town on Sunday so I’m going to nab another date with her before she goes and turn on the charm.
I’ll do some real life cold approach over the next few days too and just meet women that way but my Spanish is shit so we’ll see how much that holds me back.
